These Terms govern your access to and use of plipto.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Account Registration

Most features require Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Service

plipto uses artificial intelligence to transform user-uploaded photos into stylized variations based on curated concepts. Each transformation consumes credits.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant plipto a limited, temporary license to process photos solely to provide the requested transformation.

Do not upload photos that you do not have rights to use, photos of other identifiable people without consent, illegal or abusive content, copyrighted material owned by others, trademarks, logos, or branded content without authorization.

Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in packs through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. One credit is consumed per transformation. New accounts may receive free credits. Free-credit results can include a plipto.com watermark.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy for details. In the MVP, automatic full refunds are available only for eligible unused purchase lots within the configured refund window.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the Service to create harmful, illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

Disclaimers

AI-generated images may contain unexpected artifacts or unintended elements. The Service is provided as-is without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
