These Terms govern your access to and use of plipto.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
Account Registration
Most features require Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Service
plipto uses artificial intelligence to transform user-uploaded photos into stylized variations based on curated concepts. Each transformation consumes credits.
User Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant plipto a limited, temporary license to process photos solely to provide the requested transformation.
To the extent permitted by law and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. plipto does not claim ownership over your uploaded content or generated outputs.
You must have the legal right and consent to upload and transform photos of identifiable individuals.
Do not upload photos that you do not have rights to use, photos of other identifiable people without consent, illegal or abusive content, copyrighted material owned by others, trademarks, logos, or branded content without authorization.
Credits and Payments
Credits are purchased in packs through the payment provider used by the Service. The provider may act as the Merchant of Record or payment processor depending on the active configuration. Transformations start at 1 credit, and some styles may cost more. The exact credit cost is shown before you start a transformation.
Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Purchased credits remain available while your account is active and the Service is operating, unless refunded, reversed, or removed due to account violation or other enforcement action under these Terms. New accounts may receive free credits. Free-credit results can include a plipto.com watermark. Bonus, promotional, referral, or admin-granted credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable. Some bonus credits may create no-watermark results, but they are not purchased credits.
Promotional credits, including signup credits and promo-code credits, may be limited to one grant per person, Google account, email address, payment method, device, promo code, or other abuse-prevention signal. Promo codes may be disabled, limited by redemption period, or revoked if abused. If you delete your account and later create a new account, you may not be eligible to receive signup or new-user promotional credits again.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy for details. Automatic full refunds are available only for eligible unused purchase lots within the refund window shown by the Service.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the Service to create harmful, illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
Disclaimers
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, distortions, unintended artifacts, inconsistent details, or elements that differ from the prompt or uploaded photo. The Service is provided as-is without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
