Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.
Automatic Refunds
Refund requests for unused purchased credits must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Automatic full refunds are supported only for eligible purchases when all purchased credits from that payment remain unused and the request is within the refund window shown by the Service.
Partial refunds are not automatically supported in the current Service. Exceptional cases may be considered at our discretion, but automatic refunds are currently available only for eligible unused purchases.
Promotional credits are not refundable and may expire, be disabled, or be revoked at any time. Bonus no-watermark credits may remove watermarks like purchased credits, but they are promotional grants and are not eligible for cash refunds.
Not Eligible
Refunds may be unavailable when credits from the purchase were already used, the refund window has passed, the payment was already refunded, or the account violated the Terms or Content Policy.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued through the active payment provider to the original payment method when supported. Refund timing depends on the payment method, provider processing, card issuer, bank, and local payment network. Card refunds often take 5-10 business days and may take longer in some cases.
Failed Transformations
If a transformation fails due to a system error or AI service issue, the consumed credit is automatically returned to your account. Content rejected by safety or policy checks may not always be eligible for a refund or credit return.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account review, credit removal, suspension, or permanent termination. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue.
