This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.

Automatic Refunds

Automatic refunds are supported for eligible full purchases when all purchased credits from that payment remain unused and the request is within the configured refund window.

Not Eligible

Refunds may be unavailable when credits from the purchase were already used, the refund window has passed, the payment was already refunded, or the account violated the Terms or Content Policy.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method when supported. Card refunds often take 5-10 business days depending on the bank.

Failed Transformations

If a transformation fails due to system error or AI service issue, the consumed credit is automatically returned to your account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks may result in account review or suspension.
